Corentica offers subscription-based services, including a 7-day trial for new users. If you are not satisfied after the trial, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.

2. Refund Eligibility:
To qualify for a refund:

i) The request must be submitted within 14 days of the first payment

ii) You must have used the service in good faith and in accordance with our policies

3. Non-Refundable Items:
The following are not eligible for refunds:

i) Custom setups, onboarding or training sessions

ii) One-time consultation or implementation fees

iii) Third-party services or integrations not controlled by Corentica

4. Refund Process:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Corentica account or by contacting our support team.

i) Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

ii) If you have already paid for a monthly subscription, your cancellation will become effective in the following month, and no further charges will apply after that
